We are seeking a Senior Payroll Officer to join our team and contribute to our continued success.
Reporting to the Payroll Manager, you will ensure accurate and timely wage processing for Australia and New Zealand, adhering to all relevant legislation and policies. You will also support the management team with detailed reports and analysis, and provide exceptional customer service for payroll queries.

Responsibilities Payroll Processing: Ensure timely and accurate payroll processing, maintaining compliance with schedules and task lists.System Expertise: Serve as an in-house expert for Kronos and Affinity, supporting teams with queries, issue resolution, and process improvements.Data Management: Maintain employee master files and leave entitlements, ensuring compliance with legislation and HR instructions.Compliance and Reporting: Uphold data integrity, comply with internal policies, audits and industrial instruments, and provide timely reports to HR and Finance.Support and Collaboration: Assist the National Payroll Manager, Payroll Officers, and Payroll Accountant in achieving the department's operational and strategic objectives.Qualifications Experience: Over 5 years of expertise in managing end-to-end payroll processes within large, complex multinational environments, ideally in manufacturing or FMCG sectors. Experience with Enterprise Bargaining Agreements (EBAs) is a plus.Knowledge: Possess a solid understanding of Superannuation, Tax, and Payroll legislation.Technical Skills: Proficiency in Affinity (Payroll) and Kronos (Time & Attendance) systems is highly desirable.
