Senior Payroll Officer

Are you an experienced payroll professional available from the start of February?
We are seeking a skilled Part-Time Payroll Specialist (Full Time also Available) to manage the end to end payroll process for our clients team of approximately 140 employees.

This is a 3-6 month contract based in Subiaco and TechnologyOne experience is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities : Payroll Processing Collect, verify, and input employee time and attendance data.
Calculate wages, overtime, deductions, and bonuses.
Process payroll for all employees within specified deadlines.
Compliance and Reporting Stay informed of payroll-related legislation changes.
Generate detailed payroll reports for management, auditors, and government agencies.
Employee Relations Address employee inquiries regarding payroll, deductions, and benefits.
Resolve payroll discrepancies promptly and professionally.
Educate employees on payroll policies and procedures.
Data Management Maintain and update payroll records, including new hires, terminations, and employment changes.
Ensure the confidentiality and security of payroll data.
Use and manage payroll software effectively.
About You: Experience : 5+ Full end-to-end payroll experience Skills : Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal), outstanding time management, and meticulous attention to detail.
Knowledge : Strong systems expertise; Technology One is preferred but experience with Chris21, and SAP is highly desirable.
