About You
You are a self-motivated, highly efficient individual that has superior time management skills and can communicate across all corporate levels. The Role
You will be taking the lead to process the Australian and New Zealand payroll as well as performing all other associated payroll functions, which include, but not limited to:
Processing fortnightly and monthly timesheetsProcessing ad-hoc payroll payments (Bonuses, Terminations etc.)Processing and lodging payroll compliancesMaintenance of employee recordsBuilding relationships at all levels across the business to ensure an efficient payroll processAward interpretation and providing advice to senior managementProviding support to the wider finance team as requiredThis role is supported by the wider finance team with access to qualified Accountants as required.
This role will require you to be in the office Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm. Your Skills & Experience Minimum 10+years demonstrated experience processing end to end payroll, related tasks, interpreting and applying Awards and National Employment StandardsFlexibility and capability to meet multiple emerging competing deadlines within tight timeframesStrong analytical and problem solving skillsStrong attention to detail with excellent organisational skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsMYOB Payroll Software experience (essential)KeyPay Payroll Software experience (desirable)Experience using Microsoft Office products – Excel & OutlookComfortable working both independently, or in a team, as requiredWhat We Offer We invest and nurture your talent, enabling you to succeed and achieve your full potential.
