The role A newly created Senior Payroll position to head the Australian operations and report to the Group Payroll Manager. The successful candidate will be supported in the role and trained to lead the payroll function and eventually have a Payroll officer report to them.

Responsibilities: End to end payroll processing including balancing and reporting, new hires, and termination processing.Knowledge of payroll legislation, including Super, payroll tax & STP.Reporting, reconciliations, super calculations, and maintenance.Liaising with internal stakeholders and responding to questions in a timely manner.Compliance with Modern Awards & EBA Interpretation.Remain current with changes, share knowledge, and ensure policies and procedures are up to date.Thrive on adding value and sharing with fellow team members and other departments.Experience with manual timesheets.
