Reporting into the Payroll Team Leader, you will join a team of 9 and be responsible for your own payroll with roughly 600 employees processing the pays on a weekly basis.What's on offer:Generous salary on offer - up to $110K+ SuperHybrid working arrangements on offer after trainingReport into a friendly Payroll Team LeaderJoin a growing business with exciting plans for 2025Progression opportunitiesBrisbane CBD location, close to central station and bus linesPermanent role - full-time preferred however part-time hours could be considered for the right candidateAbout the role:Reporting into the Payroll Team Leader and working as part of a team, your duties will include:Updating and maintaining employee recordsProcessing terminations, redundancies, and leaveAward interpretationHandle inquiries and resolve payroll-related issuesAssist the Payroll Team Leader with ensuring daily payroll operations are rolled out smoothly and with delegating responsibilities among the teamLead the delivery and execution of critical payroll activities including processing pay runs, reconciliations, maintaining data, and regular/year-end reportingProviding a high level of customer service while assisting employees with their queriesAbout you:7+ years of end-to-end payroll processingA team player with excellent communication skills and a customer-centric approach to your workFull and unlimited Australian working rights
