Senior Payroll Officer

Randstad is proud to be partnering with our client who is a highly regarded services provider doing great work within the community. Due to ongoing growth they are seeking a Senior Payroll Officer or highly experienced Payroll Officer to join their team on a full-time basis in a newly created role.

Reporting into the Payroll Team Leader you will be responsible for full end-to-end payroll processing. Your duties will include:
Processing deductions, entitlements, superannuation, payroll tax, new starters, terminations, redundancies, workers compensation, LSL calculations and payments, etc.Preparation of end of month and end of year reportsProviding a high level of customer service while assisting employees with their queriesParticipating in payroll projectsAbout you:
You are an experienced Payroll Officer or Senior Payroll Officer with a high level of attention to detail. In addition, you have:
5+ years of experience in a similar positionStrong understanding of end-to-end processingExperience working in a large, complex environmentExperience using a large systemExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsProficiency with ExcelFull and unlimited Australian working rightsThis is a truly exciting opportunity that will not be available for long.
