Senior Payroll Officer - 12 months - CBDPayrollLocation: MelbourneType: Contract or TempJob DescriptionJoin this payroll team during a time of excitement, growth, and transformation. This payroll team is looking for a strong Ichris user or PayGlobal user to work with them as they transition systems. Your previous experience using Ichris or PayGlobal will mean you're able to add value to the team while managing your own end-to-end payroll.
Your role will include:
Processing fortnightly and monthly payroll for approximately 1000 employees.Responding to employee inquiries related to payroll.Preparing and submitting monthly and annual payroll tax payments.Overseeing End of Year processing and reconciliation tasks, including the timely submission of Single Touch Payroll.Preparing and submitting Annual and Monthly PAYG, Payroll tax, Workcover reconciliations, and payments to the relevant states.Efficiently handling superannuation calculations.Processing termination and redundancy calculations.Running reports and sending them to relevant stakeholders.Addressing and resolving data inconsistencies, managing employee detail changes.This role will give you excellent exposure to a business going through a phase of growth and transformation. Ideally, you will enjoy working as part of a team while managing your own end-to-end payroll.
You will need to be available to start within 2 weeks and will be able to commit to this role for 12 months.
