Based in Campbellfield, VIC, and reporting directly to the CFO, you'll play a key role in ensuring our payroll runs smoothly and efficiently across the group.If you're ready to bring your expertise to a dynamic team, we want to hear from you!You will bring along the following:A Bachelor's Degree in Business, or Accounting.At least two-three years of payroll experience, ideally overseeing 600+ employees.Strong technical payroll knowledge and proven experience interpreting Enterprise Agreements (EAs) and awards.A sharp eye for detail and a passion for meeting deadlines.Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.Great communication skills and confidence working with senior management and stakeholders.A proactive mindset with a focus on continuously improving processes.As the Senior Payroll Manager, you'll lead a team of three and be responsible for:Managing and administering our payroll module in Vista, ensuring smooth integration with other modules like Job Costing, Service Management, and Equipment.Interpreting and applying EAs and Awards to ensure full compliance.Assisting the accounting team with payroll analysis for job costing and project management.Processing weekly wages and salary payments with precision and efficiency.Keeping accurate records of payroll data, including timesheets, leave balances, and superannuation.Reconciling payroll-related accounts and handling any payroll queries that arise.Managing workers' compensation calculations and compliance with payroll taxes.Onboarding new employees, processing terminations, and keeping employee records up to date.Collaborating with the Group Financial Controller on any payroll-related tasks as needed.Why Bild Group?Challenging and dynamic initiativesTransparent avenues for advancementStability in employmentWe offer:Employee Award and Recognition ProgramMonthly team BBQ'sSocial and welcoming cultureFinancial support for further training and educationCompetitive remuneration and benefitsReady to take the next step?
