HybridAgency : HavasJob Description Summary : Havas Australia is looking for an experienced Payroll Manager to join us in our offices based in The Rocks. You will have the opportunity to take full ownership of Havas's Payroll Operations.About the roleThe Senior Payroll Manager will have full ownership of the payroll operations function including team and process, in order to ensure timely and accurate completion of Havas's end-to-end payroll processing and time management across multiple locations. You will be responsible for leading the function through audits and compliance following legislation and implementing new enhancements and processes. If you have new ways of doing things, we'd love for you to bring your entrepreneurial mindset to the role!We are looking for a results-driven self-starter who is proactive in wearing many hats to embrace our entrepreneurial values. You will work closely with our agencies under the Havas Australia umbrella including Creative, Media, and PR, as well as the wider Shared Services Team including Finance, IT, and the People Team.The position will be based in our Sydney office and will require the selected candidate to be in a minimum of 3 days per week. This is part of our rewarded hybrid policy.Key Responsibilities:Managing a monthly payroll of over 300 employeesManage end-to-end payroll processes, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements, including superannuation and taxation.Lead and mentor payroll staff, fostering a culture of excellence and professional growth.Ensure accurate payroll reporting and compliance with relevant regulations.
