It's an exciting time at PSI Payroll by IRIS as we continue togrow across North America.To support a growing client demand we're hiring a PayrollImplementation Specialist to provide an exceptional client journey to newpartners.You will provide guidance and assistance to ensure all requirements arecaptured from our partners and work with the Implementation to ensure theclient's payroll process and requirements is seamless.In addition to the client-facing element of this role, we need you to bePayroll-obsessed! A deep knowledge of full cycle payroll (ideallymulti-province) will help you in delivering such an experience.The role is designed to split the week in between the office andremotely, so please apply if you're local to our Burlingtonoffice.The role in more detail:Act as point of contact with new Customers/Partner while assisting indiscovery, gap analysis and solutioning.Works collaboratively with clients and stakeholders to develop animplementation project plan.Leads regular progress meetings.Creation of the company shell in the payroll software ensuring that allrelevant data is collected and entered.Identify, collect, and upload all relevant year to date values ifany.Training, testing, and validation with the client before the first'LIVE' payroll processing run.Audits the payroll system to ensure data integrity and accuracy.Determine the level of complexity of the new client payroll fordistribution purposes.Process the client payrolls until such time as it can be seamlesslytransitioned to the Operations team.Assist in the development of streamlined data processes and recommendimprovements where appropriate.Provide feedback to Head of Implementation on the transition of newcustomers.Assist Management in developing audit procedures to ensureaccuracy.Assist in the year end process and perform special tasks as requestedby ManagementAbout IRISAs one of the UK's largest privately held software companies, IRISSoftware Group exists to simplify the lives of businesses, schools andorganisations.IRIS provides software solutions and services that substantially enhanceoperational compliance, efficiency and accuracy, empowering the users ofour technology to look forward with certainty and confidence.Over 4 million parents use our software to connect with their child'sschool, 18% of UK employees are paid via an IRIS payroll solution, 50,000SMEs use IRIS cloud bookkeeping and 21,000 firms rely on us for legislativecompliance.Our operational software is the invisible but essential beating heart ofour customers' businesses, supporting them in a range of objectives, frommaintaining legislative compliance to boosting engagement with stakeholdersand enhancing productivity.It's vital these mission-critical functions work first time, everytime.
