We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Payroll Administrator to join our team and ensure the accurate and timely processing of payroll for our employees. Your responsibilities encompass a wide range of administrative functions, supporting our team and enhancing overall productivity.Qualifications and Skills:Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related fieldMinimum of 3 years of experience in payroll administrationProven experience in an office management or senior administration roleStrong interpersonal skills and the ability to work with people of all levels internally and externally to the organisationAdvanced MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skillsRequirements:Develop and implement administrative policies, procedures, and guidelinesCollaborate with senior management to align administrative functions with overall business goalsProficiency in payroll software and systemsStrong numerical and analytical skillsBudget planning and cost control for administrative expensesMonitor office supplies, equipment, and vendor contractsHandle correspondence, documentation, and filing systemsPayroll processing to ensure timely and accurate paymentsEnsure compliance with HR policies and regulationsMaintain Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) records and documentationStrong organisational and time management skillsProficiency with Microsoft Office products (particularly Outlook, Word, and Excel)Strong administrative skills and attention to detailAbility to handle sensitive information with discretionProactive and flexible approach to workIf you're a proactive, detail-oriented senior administration professional with a passion for efficient operations, we'd love to hear from you.
