About the Role
Reporting to the Payment Operations Manager, the Senior Payment & Operations Officer is responsible for:
Providing client & customer operational support with queries.
Complex daily transaction processing, exception processing and reconciliation of APN & BPAY transactions accounts.
Visa, ATM & MasterCard disputes and stock management, with a strong customer service focus and adherence with service level agreements and industry regulation/scheme requirements.
Guidance & assistance to team members, providing assistance in their development and acting as an escalation point for complex queries.
About You
You will have all or the majority of the following skills and attributes:
5+ years experience within the financial services industry.
Strong understanding of card services including credit cards, debit cards and loyalty programs, MasterCard and Visa rules and regulations.
Strong understanding of AP+ & BPAY regulations & requirements.
Knowledge of compliance and legislative requirements within a financial transactions environment, including EFT Code of Conduct, UCCC.
Strong customer service focus, with the demonstrated ability to build rapport with various clients and internal stakeholders.
