The Opportunity We have a full time opportunity available in the ACT region for an enthusiastic, self-motivated person to work as part of our dedicated team providing quality customer service. We are looking for a dedicated individual with good leadership skills who can interact well with people, demonstrate high level verbal and written communication skills, and have a passion for delivering quality outcomes for customers and the organisation.
Day to Day duties include: Promote and display our values at all timesSupervise and motivate staff on a daily basis (including rostering, providing feedback, train, monitoring staff performance etc)Trouble shoot problemsLiaising with our referrersEnsuring a high level of customer service is maintained General administrative duties including the use of our Laboratory Information System Applicants should possess the following: Excellent interpersonal (communication) skillsA positive attitudeAbility to be flexible and adaptable Well-developed critical thinking and problem solving skillsExcellent attention to detail and time management skillsFlexibility to work a range of hours/shifts including evenings and weekendsKnowledge of medical terminologyYou must be an Australian citizen or permanent resident or a New Zealand citizen, or hold a valid visa with permission to work Why join us?
