Senior Partnerships Officer (Aboriginal Water)The North East Catchment Management Authority works with the community, government and funding organisations to protect and enhance land, water and biodiversity resources. We are currently seeking the right person to join our Business, Strategy and Partnerships team. This position will contribute to the development and implementation of projects and activities related to the Victoria Government's Aboriginal Water Program within north east Victoria, including activities that help build the capacity of Traditional Owner groups to achieve their aspirations and contribute to Catchment and Waterway Management.
The successful candidate will have:
Demonstrated cultural competency and extensive experience in working with Traditional Owners/First Nations people in natural resource management.Proven ability to maintain effective relationships.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Demonstrated knowledge of natural resource management.We will offer you:

The salary package of $85,885.56 - $95,311.74 plus superannuation will be negotiated based on experience.
