Senior Partnership Manager Location: Sydney, Parramatta or Newcastle Type: Permanent, full time The opportunity We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Partnership Manager to lead the Managed Fund Claims Partnership team. This role will support Managed Fund Claims to build our Customer Value Proposition in the NSW Workers Compensation market. This role will work closely with the QBE People Risk Team to ensure that we have a consistent market proposition and leverage our brand effectively to support employers of all sizes. This role will also be responsible for retention and supporting opportunities for growth. You will be the voice of the customer in our business, with the ability to work across different business units to bring the best of QBE to customers' programs, by establishing and maintaining strong relationships with customers, partners, internal and external stakeholders.
The key responsibilities for this role include the following, but are not limited to: Management of the account management capability across the Partnership team to ensure efficient and effective oversight and optimisation, including customer onboarding, tender preparation, renewals, reporting, benchmarking training, compliance, risk and audit.
Develop, plan and implement a strategy to attract and retain high-value customers and to improve poor-performing portfolios.
Provide leadership and direction to the team and ensure customer engagement plans are monitored/maintained.
Contribute to the development of the team's strategy for SME customers and assist in the delivery of those plans.
Develop and implement strategies for improving customer and business outcomes.
Identify and support in the development of plans to attract new business and retain customers.
Look for the opportunity to develop new partnerships and distribution channels.
Collaborate closely with the QBE People Risk Team, underwriting, claims and other teams to facilitate delivery of customer strategy.
Support and participate in new business opportunities, RFP, tender management, and re-contracting across QBE in partnership with segment leads.
Build relationships across QBE for cross-collaboration to bring value proposition to life.
