Senior Partner - Systems, Capability & Remuneration About Them Leading national heavy industry manufacturing business is seeking a seasoned HR Generalist with specialisations in L&D, Systems, Remuneration, and Talent Management.
About the Role This opportunity is a newly created role as the 2IC to the GM of HR.
This role will be responsible for leading the centralised function and providing governance and structure across: L&D - Leadership Capability, Program, Strategy, Training function management Systems - System implementation projects, Automation, Master Data Integrity Remuneration - Annual performance and remuneration review processes, Act as the group SME for remuneration and benefits Talent Management - Design Talent Management Strategy, Oversee Graduate Program You will also be responsible for managing a small team.
About You To be successful in this role, you will be a highly experienced Senior HR Professional with leadership experience, experienced in leading functions and teams, with expertise across L&D, Systems, Capability, and Data Integrity.
Specialist experience in Remuneration and Talent Management would be highly advantageous.
You will possess at least 15 years of HR experience, be system savvy, commercial, analytical, a problem-solver, and possess strong project management experience.
You will be an influential and positive senior member who possesses patience, adaptability, resilience, and innovation to adjust to changing business needs.
Based in South-west Brisbane.
