The Role
As a Senior Partner Success Manager, you will play a key role in strengthening connections within the partner ecosystem. Your focus will be to drive growth and retention among large, complex accounting and bookkeeping partners. This role emphasizes building strategic relationships, embedding the company's practice tools, and delivering tailored solutions to accelerate revenue growth.
Key responsibilities: Developing and managing strategic relationships with high-value accounting and bookkeeping partners.Identifying and implementing growth opportunities to maximize revenue.Educating partners on the organization's tools, resources, and the benefits of its ecosystem.Organizing and delivering partner events and webinars to drive engagement and adoption.Acting as a trusted advisor to partners, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.About You: A proven track record of success in sales with a results-oriented approach.Experience managing complex, long-term client relationships.A strong understanding of accounting practice systems and workflows.Exceptional presentation and communication skills, with the ability to educate and influence.A proactive, consultative mindset for identifying and unlocking growth opportunities.Relevant accounting qualifications and a keen interest in online accounting technology.Benefits
