Senior Partner Information Security & Service DeliveryCompliance & Risk (Banking & Financial Services)Full timeEmployee Benefits + discounted financial productsThe Senior Partner Information Security and Service Delivery at BOQ Group plays a crucial role in driving the implementation, monitoring, and assurance of our Risk Management Strategy (RMS) and operational risk management framework (ORMF).This position focuses on managing technology, information security, and service delivery risks, ensuring alignment with regulatory standards and best practices. You will partner closely with Group Technology and Information Security to manage these risks effectively, providing trusted advice on issue and incident management. Additionally, you will conduct operational risk assurance reviews and deliver insightful reports, contributing to a strong risk culture across the Group.Your responsibilities will include monitoring and assessing the effectiveness of internal controls and frameworks, facilitating the business's annual risk profile review, and supporting the strategic direction and growth of BOQ Group. This role is integral to embedding key risk management processes and ensuring the organisation's risk management strategies are robust and effective.About youYou have extensive experience in designing and leading assurance reviews within the financial services sector, with significant expertise in technology risk, information security, and service delivery. Your deep understanding of the value an effective control environment brings to a business is complemented by your ability to drive cross-functional initiatives and meet timelines.Your in-depth knowledge and extensive experience in best practices for control design and assurance, particularly relating to information security and service delivery, are matched by your strong grasp of regulatory requirements and risk management best practices. You possess excellent leadership, project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills, and are adept at effective communication and stakeholder management.You excel in developing good working relationships and sharing knowledge effectively.
