Senior Paralegal

Permanent, Part time – 3 days a week Sydney, South Eveleigh Reporting to the General Counsel and Chief People Officer Omnicom Media Group has an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded Senior Paralegal to join us in a newly created role to support and advise stakeholders across our group of companies on legal and compliance matters.
This is a part time position, available 3 days a week.
This role will support across all legal matters and will focus on supporting our finance and group level business as well as supporting our General Counsel and CPO.

As a Paralegal, you will: Conduct legal research and gather relevant information Draft, review, and edit legal documents and correspondence Assist in the preparation and management of documentation Liaise with the Finance & People Teams and the wider OMG group and external parties (as required) Maintain and organize legal records and databases Provide administrative support to the General Counsel and the Finance Team in general, as needed Assist in the preparation of briefs, contracts, and other legal documents Work on OMG Projects, with a special emphasis on data and privacy related deliverables What's in it for you?

At least 5 years' experience as a Paralegal or in a similar role Legal degree preferred, but not essential Proven track record in working with senior leadership teams in delivering across your portfolio including building trust and relationships effortlessly across all levels of an organisation Have strong written and analytical skills including preparing reports and position papers Have strong Project management skills and a proven track record in implementing projects, including continuous and detailed reporting to stakeholders Show self-initiative and a demonstrated high attention to detail Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal research tools Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment Experience in implementing and scaling analytics reporting is highly desirable Thrive on managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment, and on developing strong relationships with all employees across OMG About OMG:
