Job Summary: Provide senior clinical leadership within the Allied Health Palliative care service provision, including optimisation of patient care delivery, as well as supporting the mentoring and development of staff.

Current registration to practice as an Occupational Therapist with the Occupational Therapy Board, AHPRA.
Current class C NSW drivers licence or equivalent.Evidence of advanced clinical skills and demonstrated experience in the provision of occupational therapy services for palliative care clients.Excellent negotiation, decision making and advocacy skills including collaborative stakeholder consultation.Demonstrated advanced reasoning skills and ability to prioritise, organise and manage autonomously across a complex range of clinical settings.Ability to initiate, lead, complete and share quality improvement initiatives and service evaluation processes with other staff.Demonstrated experience in the provision of clinical supervision, mentoring and development of junior staff and students.Applications Close: 16 January 2025
