Excitingly, we are currently on the lookout for a well-versed Senior Paid Search (SEM) Manager to join our Publicis LeOne team.

The role This is an incredible opportunity to drive the strategic direction and implementation of Haleon's SEM accounts.
You will be the go-to-expert for SEM across a highly visible roster of brands, working closely with the client Brand Managers to ensure the accounts are performing to KPIs.
From a people management perspective, you will oversee the development of a Senior SEM Exec as well as an offshore resource, and provide guidance on their day-to-day delivery of work.
Problem solving, attention to detail, strong communication, client servicing know-how and qualified paid search knowledge are the keys to this role.
Key responsibilities Spearhead the strategic direction, planning and implementation of the client's SEM accountsApply a strong knowledge of SEM and emerging practices as well as new ideas within the fieldPresent and articulate approach, ideas and developments to client stakeholders and the wider teamEnsure budgets are spent according to the plan and delivery is to targetReporting at a monthly and quarterly basis, making sure details are clear and accurateManage and oversee the development of the Senior SEM Executive and an offshore resource including day-to-day oversight of their work across implementation, pacing and optimisations.
