Please Note: Candidates wanting to apply MUST be based in SYDNEY as this role requires you to physically come into the office. As a Senior Paid Search Consultant, you will be responsible for: Oversee the execution of Paid Digital strategy for key channel clients within the specified timeframe, following the best practices established by OMG (Our Marketing Group). This includes managing campaigns across Google Search, Google Shopping, YouTube Ads, and Bing Ads.Be accountable for implementing and advancing Account Development Plans (ADPs) and strategies to ensure the continued growth and success of OMG.Additionally, collaborate with the CMO and Head of Performance to drive strategic enhancements in OMG's SEM service offering and refine our agency's technical best practices.Handle end-to-end campaign management with Best practice campaign set-up and optimisations.Strive to deliver exceptional communication both internally and externally, meeting high client service standards for each individual client and overall.Minimum Requirements: Minimum 4-5 years of experience in PPC, Paid Search ads (Google, Facebook, Bing, etc).Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media or a related field; AdWords certification is a plus.Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing concepts.Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and Google Tag Manager experience.Experience managing large budgets and campaigns across multiple digital advertising channels.Strong written and verbal communications skills.Excellent research and analytical skills.Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.Excellent time management.The Perks: Paid parental leave.Birthday and volunteer leave.Ongoing career development and training programs.Salary packaging benefits.Pet-friendly and vibrant office atmosphere.Barista-style coffee and engaging social events.Recognition through service awards.Our Commitment to You: We believe that happy employees create a thriving culture.
