In your role as Senior Paid Marketing Specialist, you will focus on the development, technical execution, optimising & consultation of our paid media strategies and channels (Display, Paid Social, SEM).
This role will support the regional marketing teams as well as the digital marketing function with high technical and problem-solving capability.
This role is supported by a media agency and other internal Jetstar teams.
Reporting to the Digital Marketing Manager Acquisition your key responsibilities will include: Work with the Digital Marketing Manager and Regional Marketing Managers to assist the paid media components to their cross-channel strategies including budgeting, audiences & creative execution.Support the regional marketing teams with technical expertise & consultation including the implementation of tracking, API's, custom audiences and 3rd party solutions.Support the Digital Marketing Specialists to implement and optimise paid campaigns, placing yourself as the subject matter expert on all things performance marketing.Assist in the development of both acquisition and post booking customer journeys with the knowledge of the region's customer targeting strategies.Build and analyse paid media and cross channel reports and share insights to the Marketing Managers.Oversee the relationship with our agencies and vendors, ensuring alignment between Jetstar and the regions to achieve our set out goals.Share and implement best practice learnings with stakeholders across Group, with a focus on keeping up with best practises in the digital paid space.To be considered for this role we are ideally seeking the following skills and experience: Demonstrated experience in performance marketing in either an agency or fast paced client environment.Prior experience in CDP's in creating owner audiences across paid media channels.Knowledge of Marketing Automation platforms would be a distinct advantage (Eg.
Braze, Salesforce).Deep knowledge of Advertising technologies, how they operate and connect together.A results-driven mindset with a track record of driving growth and achieving our performance targets.Ability to manage competing tasks, priorities and stakeholders to be able to execute tasks in a timely manner with strong attention to detail.Demonstrated experience segmenting customer data and an understanding on how this is used to identify opportunities and develop targeted innovative campaigns.Excellent communication skills and internal/external stakeholder management.Excellent data literacy, reporting and analytical abilities, Adobe analytics experience preferred.Knowledge of marketing tags and server to server event measurement.This is a challenging role and we will expect great results from the successful applicants.
