How to Apply To be considered for this position, please ensure you address the selection criteria in the application as thoroughly as possible by selecting APPLY NOW below: Holds a tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology and eligibility for membership of Speech Pathology Australia.Demonstrated advanced clinical practice knowledge, skills and experience within Paediatric Speech Pathology, with an emphasis on evidence-based practice.Experience in developing and implementing policies and procedures for service improvement, with skills in providing education and training.Strong time management skills, written and verbal communication and IT skills including the ability or willingness to use Telehealth as a mode of delivery of clinical care.Demonstrated ability to initiate, lead, implement and evaluate quality improvement initiatives, research, and service development processes.Demonstrated experience in clinical and team leadership, including experience in staff and student supervision.Demonstrated excellence in communication skills including negotiation, decision making, advocacy and the ability to interact constructively and collaboratively with a diverse range of stakeholders.Evidence of a Class C drivers licence and willingness to travel for work purposes.Applications Close: 5th of December 2024 At Far West Local Health District we are proud to be an equal opportunity employer, where we don't just accept differences, but we honour and support it.
