Senior Paediatric Physiotherapist - Ellenbrook & Joondalup, PerthSalary: $100-120k + Super | Type: Full-time or Part-time, Clinic-Based Role
About the Role
Step into a senior, clinic-based position where you will create tailored intervention plans, build and strengthen referral networks, and lead multidisciplinary sessions to enhance client outcomes. Your role is essential in shaping client success stories while contributing to continuous service improvement.

Own and manage a paediatric caseload, including NDIS and private clients.Collaborate with a skilled team to deliver transdisciplinary care.Engage and mentor within the team, fostering a culture of support.Develop client relationships through effective communication and tailored care.Utilize resources efficiently with the support of a dedicated admin team.Benefits:

Must-Haves:
Qualifications & Checks: Current AHPRA registration, NDIS Worker Screening, Working with Children check, and professional indemnity insurance.Team Skills: Proven ability to collaborate within a multidisciplinary team and understand transdisciplinary referrals.Communication & Management: Strong communication, time management, and independent work skills.Technical Proficiency: Experience with paperless systems.Transport: Reliable vehicle and valid driver's license.Passion & Motivation: Genuine enthusiasm for physiotherapy and client care.Experience: Background working with children on the Autism Spectrum and complex diagnoses, familiarity with NDIS services.Availability: Immediate start preferred.No sponsorship considered for this roleTo Apply
