Senior People and Culture Business Partner – Gold Coast / Sunshine CoastWe are excited to have entered the Queensland market through the addition of SASH Sunshine Coast and the imminent opening of SASH Gold Coast. We are looking for an experienced Senior People & Culture Business Partner to join our dynamic and enthusiastic P&C team on a full-time basis to support these hospitals. This role is perfect for someone who is ready to have significant positive impact on SASH's culture and performance and contribute to making our Queensland hospitals a great place to work.About SASH: The Small Animal Specialist Hospital (SASH) is one of the largest Veterinary hospital networks in the Southern Hemisphere, offering multi-disciplinary specialist and emergency services across multiple locations in New South Wales, South Australia and now Queensland. At SASH, we are committed to providing exceptional care and service to pets, their families, and the veterinary community.About the Role:In this role you will play a pivotal role in shaping the culture and fostering performance across our Queensland hospitals. You will be part of the local hospital leadership teams and part of the broader People & Culture team which supports all hospitals at a Group level.You will play a critical role in the successful opening and ongoing operation of our new Gold Coast hospital and integration of our Sunshine Coast hospital to the SASH network.Your key responsibilities will be, but are not limited to:Partner with our hospital leaders to grow leadership capability and manage organisational change projectsCoaching for performance, team effectiveness, interpretation of P&C policies, practices, and remuneration adviceAct as the go-to people partner to leaders providing insights and guidance on P&C practicesCoach leaders on resolution of employment relations mattersLocally lead P&C initiatives such as our goal setting and performance review process through the yearBe a driving force in shaping the cultural landscape and supporting structures within our hospitalsDelivery of key capability modules and other strategic initiatives such as leadership capabilitiesAbout you:Proven experience as a Senior P&C Business PartnerDemonstrated skill in coaching leaders to improve performance, team effectiveness and cultural outcomesConfident supporting and resolving complex employment relations mattersYou will have a high level of organisational skills and attention to detailExceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders across teams and an organisationExperience and comfort with pro-active change managementDemonstrated problem-solving and decision-making abilitiesExperience in a start-up, new business opening, or complex projects will be highly regardedFlexibility to work from Robina on the Gold Coast (2-3 days per week) and Sippy Downs on the Sunshine Coast (minimum 1-2 days per fortnight)You will have relevant degree qualificationsAbility to travel for work purposesExperience with HRIS systems such as DayforceDesirable – Human Synergistics accredited practitioner
