We have been taking care of people for over 85 years, are proudly not for profit and operate our dental and optical centres.We now have an opportunity for an experienced, people focused Senior Business Partner to join our People & Culture team.About the roleWorking collaboratively, you have ability to act as a genuine business partner to enhance our employee experience whilst coaching our people leaders on all aspects of the employee lifecycle.In doing right by our people, you will be solutions driven and manage all matters in a proactive, empathetic and positive way.Key responsibilities include:Partnering and building effective relationships with leaders whilst working collaboratively and proactively to identify and manage any risks and opportunitiesProviding effective and practical coaching and advice to people leaders on people related matters.Providing support to people leaders and employees during performance conversations.Working with the team to deliver operational excellence through our initiatives to enhance the employee experience.About youYou will be an experienced professional with a high level of personal impact and the ability to act as a genuine partner to enhance our employee experience whilst coaching our people leaders on all aspects of the employee lifecycle.As an experienced human resource business partner with a minimum of five years' generalist experience, you will enjoy leveraging your contemporary hr capability.
