We're looking for a Senior People & Culture Advisor to partner with leaders, providing guidance on complex employee relations, talent management, and organisational development. You'll drive initiatives focused on leadership capability, retention, and culture, using data-driven insights to support business growth and foster a high-performing culture.
About the role
Develop strong stakeholder partnerships within your client group to effectively coach and advise on people related operational matters and cyclical people initiatives. Successful and timely management of people related cases including performance management, investigations and employee relations matters (together with our ER specialist), ensuring consistent and fair outcomes and mitigating risk. Identify leadership capability gaps and key people issues and trends, and work with the P&C Manager to provide insights to assist in the development of leadership capabilities. Provide sound operational guidance and counsel relating to talent management, employee relations, coaching and development and organisational development. Support the P&C Manager in the development and implementation of P&C initiatives with a focus on scaling for growth, culture, recognition and retention. Collaboration with all P&C team CoE's to provide people solutions that are commercially viable and consistent with our policies, practices and our strategy. Create a culture that fosters Learning and Development initiatives which allows for career progression and pathways. Utilise functional knowledge and people data to guide decision making and provide proactive, useful solutions. Support and facilitate delivery of cyclical and ad hoc P&C initiatives and projects, collaborating across the P&C team to ensure a consistent approach. Analyse and interpret data to make meaningful, data driven recommendations and ideas. Provide advice and guidance on functional recruitment processes and success profiles. Perform AON job matching, and assist with Award and remuneration reviews. What Success Looks like...
Minimum 2 years Senior P&C Advisor level experience in a multi-faceted organisation. Superior communication skills with the ability and adaptability to tailor to suit audience needs and get the best outcomes. Ability to build solid stakeholder relationships and be a trusted advisor. Successfully manage multiple, time-critical priorities with a sense of urgency, high level of professionalism and attention to detail. Experience in successfully managing ER related matters, including high level case load. Ability to coach and upskill leaders in people matters. Ability to adapt to cross skilling and upskilling across functions. HR related qualifications. Successful navigation and management of people related matters.
