Senior Owners Corporation Manager - Southbank OfficeWe are in need of a Senior Owners Corporation Manager, due to growth of our high density strata portfolio.Based in Southbank, just south of Melbourne CBD, you will be working in a friendly, modern large office of strata professionals.Working with 3 days work from home from the start, a team of 20 staff, and some of the best people and processes/systems in the industry.After taking on a new portfolio of around 1,100 lots (high density), we are looking for an owners corporation manager to help take this on (10 Buildings approx).Using StrataMaster software.JOB DUTIES:Manage your own portfolio of properties, residential & some mixed use space, high density circa 1,200 lots in the inner suburbsDeal with accounts, admin, letters, breach notices, maintenance requests etc for the portfolio/propertiesAttend sites if required for meetings occasionally, with time in lieu for after hours meetings!Handle emails and/or enquiries, owner enquiries, strata levies etcHours: Monday to Friday 9 - 5:00pm, no weekends.WHATS ON OFFER:$115,000 - $125,000 + SuperCar parking, free on siteGet your own assistant strata managerTools of the trade, laptop etc provided3 days work from home (from the start of your employment)!THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:Good understanding of the strata industry with strata management experienceGood communication skills and admin skillsHave completed relevant industry trainingApply now via this ad or contact Alexander Papadakis on 0422 438 413 or at ******.
