Senior Owners Corporation Manager - Eastern SuburbsOffering the opportunity for an experienced Owners Corporation Manager to step up into a role that allows progression, overseeing a team of 3 in this established Eastern Suburbs-based Owners Corporation Firm.Your role will involve the management of a small-medium portfolio of High rise buildings. The business is established with 20+ staff across Strata/Finance departments. You will report directly to the Directors in this role with a view to grow into a Team Leader role, the business is geared for growth!Hours: Monday - Friday 9.00am to 5:00pm Salary:$110,000 - $120,000K + Super dependant on your experience.This company prides itself on taking on quality developments and properties, with up-to-date in-house systems and also an assistant owners corporation manager within the team to provide admin support.
