OT Systems Engineer
We are seeking a skilled OT Systems Engineer to support the integration and operation of operational technology (OT) systems at power assets, including gas-fired power stations, solar farms, wind farms, and battery energy storage systems.
This role is crucial for ensuring the safe and reliable operation of power infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities: Manage and support OT systems, including SCADA, HMIs, DCS/PLC/RTU, and network communication protocols (e.g., Modbus, Profibus, IEC61850).Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to ensure the reliable operation of power assets.Govern service management processes for OT applications, including incident management, monitoring, and continuous improvement.Facilitate fault resolution for OT operational issues with timely communication and problem-solving.Liaise with vendors and service providers to support OT applications and infrastructure.Provide ongoing support for site-based systems and operational practices.Engage in programming and configuration for OT applications and systems.Maintain the configuration management database (CMDB) for OT assets to ensure visibility and compliance.Utilise Maximo for managing site incidents and tracking changes.Use ServiceNow for central incident management and tracking.Upcoming Projects: Enhance existing OT applications and infrastructure.Implement cybersecurity improvements across OT systems.Collaborate on initiatives to improve the efficiency and safety of power operations.Skills & Qualifications: Tertiary qualification in Electrical, Electronics, Control Systems, Industrial Automation, or Computer Systems Engineering, with preference for candidates with Professional Engineer registration or eligibility.
