Senior Organisational Effectiveness Consultant Senior Organisational Effectiveness (Organisational Development) Consultant - 12-Month Maximum Term / Perth Office Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for enhancing organisational performance? Due to internal promotion and development opportunities within the People Business Unit, we are seeking two Senior Organisational Effectiveness Consultants , part-time and full-time, on a 12-month maximum term basis at our Perth Office to join our dynamic Strategic Workforce Planning team.
Your Role in Action In this role, you will be the subject matter expert providing insightful advice and guidance in key HR / OD areas.
These areas of expertise may include organisational development and design (including operating models, work design, and organisational culture), talent management, strategic workforce planning, and capability development.
This position will focus on initiatives to address specific workforce challenges and opportunities that are identified as part of business and workforce planning.
You will work with and influence the business to understand needs and ensure the right tools are designed, developed, and piloted/implemented to address our workforce challenges both now and in the future.
What Makes You a Great Fit We are seeking someone with experience and attributes that include: Degree in Human Resources, Organisational Psychology, or Business (with HR major and/or complementary HR experience) Extensive and demonstrated level of knowledge and expertise in specialist areas that include but are not limited to contemporary organisational effectiveness, organisational design, learning, leadership development, and talent management knowledge and skills.
Extensive experience working within a contemporary Human Resources environment in designing, developing, and delivering business-wide initiatives and activities.
Advanced change management/stakeholder engagement experience and skills.
Excellent facilitation and coaching skills.
Strong consulting and influencing skills where the interaction with others is primarily concerned with influencing, developing, and motivating people and changing behaviour.
