About the Role
We are currently seeking a Senior Organisational Development (OD) Consultant to join our team at Swinburne. In this role, you will be responsible for aligning Swinburne's strategic and cultural vision with a range of organisational development programs aimed at enhancing employee engagement, cultural development, and capability improvement throughout the university.

Reporting to the Associate Director, Organisational Development (OD), the Senior OD Consultant will oversee various OD projects and initiatives, including but not limited to university-wide talent and performance management, employee engagement, cultural change, leadership development, and learning and development programs. Additionally, this role will involve managing internal and external program providers to ensure the successful implementation of these initiatives across the wider OD team.

To be suitable for this role you will need to have experience in the below key accountabilities:

Experience in leading the development and implementation of HR/organisational development and change programs and strategies in medium to large sized organisations (such as leadership development, talent management, succession planning, performance management, recruitment and cultural change).Experience in managing medium to large sized projects in a dynamic and complex environment including demonstrated capability to plan, schedule and organize cross functional projects given multiple priorities or perspectives Senior OD role within Swinburne UniversityFull time, ongoing position at our Hawthorn campusHEW 9 salary + 17% super
About the Role
