Salary ASO-6 $98,478 - $104,165 p.a.+ Superannuation & Salary Sacrifice BenefitsFull time temporary up to 12 monthsAbout the role As the Senior Organisational Development Consultant within CALHN, you will play a crucial role in driving the operational delivery of organisational development projects that enhance continuous improvement, performance, and accountability.
Reporting to the Manager, Organisational Development, you will contribute significantly to fostering a culture that aligns with our workforce goals and objectives.
Your expertise will support the achievement of strategic priorities for SA Government, SA Health, and Statewide Clinical Support Services, ensuring that our workforce is well-equipped to navigate the evolving healthcare landscape.
In this pivotal position, you will lead the planning, coordination, and evaluation of staff learning and development programs, while also overseeing the development and delivery of various organisational development initiatives.
Your responsibilities will include preparing insightful reports, guiding the implementation of HR policies and procedures, and creating effective communication materials.
You will provide valuable professional advice to management and services on complex organisational matters, ensuring that CALHN remains a leader in workforce development and meets the challenges of the future with confidence.
About You: Proven Experience: Demonstrated success in developing and delivering high-quality employee development programs, including creating learning packages and collaborating with subject matter experts.Exceptional Interpersonal Skills: High level of communication skills that inspire trust and cooperation, enabling you to effectively influence employees and facilitate organisational outcomes.Project Management Expertise: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, efficiently allocating time and resources to ensure successful delivery and positive business results.Analytical Mindset: Strong capability in critically analysing information and developing creative, practical solutions that enhance operational efficiency and support change management initiatives.Key responsibilities include: Development, delivery, and evaluation of a suite of Organisational Development projects within our People First Strategy, including leadership development and career progression initiatives.Lead initiatives to support teams and help them thrive.Work collaboratively across CALHN to provide professional advice and support to both management and teams on complex organisational development matters.About CALHN The Central Adelaide Local Health Network includes South Australia's major quaternary facility, the Royal Adelaide Hospital, The Queen Elizabeth Hospital, the Hampstead Rehabilitation Centre, and the Repat Health Precinct.
