Reporting to the Manager, Organisational Development, you will contribute significantly to fostering a culture that aligns with our workforce goals and objectives. Your expertise will support the achievement of strategic priorities for SA Government, SA Health, and Statewide Clinical Support Services, ensuring that our workforce is well-equipped to navigate the evolving healthcare landscape.In this pivotal position, you will lead the planning, coordination, and evaluation of staff learning and development programs, while also overseeing the development and delivery of various organisational development initiatives. Your responsibilities will include preparing insightful reports, guiding the implementation of HR policies and procedures, and creating effective communication materials.
