We are seeking an experienced Oracle Integration / PaaS consultant to join our DXC Oracle Practice delivery team in Melbourne. Responsibilities: Lead a technical stream of work, managing team members from both onshore and offshore.Develop technical design solutions for building integrations and custom extensions.Build and maintain interfaces for integration solutions and custom extensions within a defined framework.Troubleshoot and resolve interface issues.Document integration and custom extension solutions.Participate in a cross-functional team that analyses, designs, and implements integration and/or custom extensions for projects to meet solution needs.Research technological advancements to ensure that solutions are continuously improved, supported, and aligned with industry and company standards. Key skills and experience: Experience in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) for developing integrations with Cloud and on-premise applications is mandatory.Experience in Technical Lead or Integration Lead roles on Integration, ERP or HCM implementation projects is mandatory.10+ years of overall experience in developing, maintaining, and supporting integration applications is mandatory.Experience in designing and/or developing extensions using Oracle VBCS (Visual Builder Cloud Service) or Oracle APEX is highly desirable.Experience in Data Migration approach and end-to-end data migration processes for Oracle ERP Cloud is highly desirable.Experience in estimating effort to design, build, deploy and test based on integration patterns and complexity.Experience facilitating and leading design workshops with customers and leading the development effort for integrations or custom extensions.Experience in implementing error handling, rollback and notification features in the integration solutions.Experience in the use of SVN for version and source control and Jenkins for continuous integration.Good understanding of Java/J2EE concepts.Good understanding of messaging standards such as SOAP, REST, WS-* and JSON.Hands-on experience in using all the adapters (Oracle Apps, JMS, File, FTP, DB, AQ).Strong understanding of Enterprise RDBMS, ER Diagrams, and developing PLSQL programs.Knowledge of database technologies involving the use of SQL, Procedures, Triggers, DB Links with reference to the integration requirements.Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational skills.Strong problem-solving skills.Ability to multitask and meet deadlines/SLA.
