Job Description:Senior Oracle EPM ConsultantDXC is the largest independent provider of Oracle consulting and managed services in Australia and New Zealand. DXC provides dynamic technology leadership in delivering Oracle Cloud solutions, with a full continuum of services around Oracle's integrated suite of applications, platform services, and engineered systems.Our EPM practice is experiencing solid growth, with exciting cloud projects underway and in the pipeline. We are looking to employ an experienced Senior Oracle EPM Consultant on a permanent full-time basis located in Australia who would provide functional and technical consulting services to clients; contribute to the design and delivery of EPM solutions including key aspects such as application build/configuration, data integration, reporting, testing, and training.Candidates with Oracle EPM implementation experience in Planning, Financial Consolidations, Account Reconciliations, Tax, and EDM are encouraged to apply.Essential Job Functions:Participates in gathering and documenting functional requirements through workshops and interviewsFormulate solution designs based on the functional requirementsBuilds and configures EPM solutions based on agreed requirements and solution designBuilds and configures data integration routinesAssists customers validate and reconcile dataAssists customers test developed solutions in accordance with testing strategiesTrains customer end users and AdministratorsMentors other team membersAdheres to best practicesBasic Qualifications:Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experienceBachelor's degree in business, finance, computer science, or related field preferredFive or more years of experience in functional analysis and technical design, preferably within a consulting environmentAt least five years of relevant experience in Oracle EPM (Enterprise Performance Management – Planning, Consolidation & Close, Account Reconciliation, Narrative Reporting, Profitability & Cost Management, Enterprise Data Management) or its on-premise equivalents (Hyperion Planning, HFM, ARM, HPCM, DRM)One or more certifications in Oracle EPM productsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsWorking experience with financial modelling and/or statutory reporting processes would be beneficialThis pivotal role provides an excellent opportunity to join a progressive and growth-oriented practice within a leading organisation with substantial career opportunity.In alignment with our commitment to fostering a flexible and dynamic work environment, we have adopted a hybrid working approach that acknowledges the importance of in-person collaboration while recognising that the determination of your work location will be based on a range of factors to ensure both individual preferences and operational requirements are met.
