Roles & ResponsibilitiesConsulting Lead and execute complex Oracle projects, offering expertise in system architecture, implementation, and optimization.Provide expert guidance on Oracle technologies, including databases, middleware, and applications.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement scalable, high-performance solutions.Drive efficiency improvements and ensure system reliability and security.Mentor junior team members and provide technical leadership.Stay updated on emerging Oracle trends and technologies.Deliver high-quality solutions aligned with organizational goals.Business Development/Leadership/Strategy Identify and pursue new business opportunities related to Oracle consulting services.Build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.Provide strategic guidance to senior management on Oracle-related initiatives.Contribute to the development of service offerings and go-to-market strategies.Mentor and develop junior consultants.Represent the organization at industry events and conferences.Client Support Respond to client support questions and requests via phone or email where necessary.Provide technical guidance.Risk & Compliance Comply with relevant firm and industry legislation and incorporate into practices and processes as relevant.Report all identified risks and breaches.Comply with relevant WH&S legislation, adhering to reasonable instructions, work procedures, and practices to maintain the health and safety of the team.Report all workplace hazards and incidents.Key Performance IndicatorsAgreed upon through the performance measurement process with the CEO.Special ConditionsOrdinary full-time hours: 38 hours per week between 8am – 6pm.On occasion, some out of hours work may be required – please note unpaid overtime may also be required on occasions.Skills/Knowledge/ExperienceExcellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong interpersonal skills, ability to work with all levels of management.Strong problem-solving skills.Extremely organized and detail-oriented.Bachelor's degree in a related field with 5+ years in Oracle EBS or Fusion.Minimum 3 full life cycle implementation experience from blueprint to go live for Financial or SCM or Manufacturing modules.Strong communication/partner skills with end-users with non-technical backgrounds.Functional expert in Oracle SCM with cross-functional skills in Financial and/or SCM and/or Manufacturing.Oracle certification(s) strongly preferred.Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.Experience working on small fast-paced project teams.Ability to work under pressure and adhere to deadlines.Proven ability to define user requirements and corresponding system specifications, accurate time estimates, and creation of clear and concise documentation.Willing to travel for overseas assignments. #J-18808-Ljbffr
