About the roleAs a Senior Application Developer specialising in Oracle, you will play a key role in analysing and developing Oracle-based solutions to support the growth of Kleenheat's Natural Gas and Electricity business. You'll collaborate closely with stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions that improve system stability, streamline processes, and enhance user experience.
In addition, you will:
Design and develop solutions based on business requirements.Establish and enforce coding standards and development guidelines.Support the stability of Oracle systems and provide user support as needed.Lead the implementation of system improvements and upgrades.Track project progress, adhering to project management policies.Ensure comprehensive documentation is created for both technical and user requirements.Present new ideas and solutions to meet business needs.Stay current with IT trends and evaluate opportunities for system enhancements.Coordinate major system updates and patching.About youBachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field, or equivalent industry experience.Extensive experience in designing and programming within Oracle e-Business Suite.Strong knowledge of programming languages including SQL, PL/SQL, Java, XML/HTML.Hands-on experience with Oracle Database, Oracle JDeveloper, Oracle Forms, and Oracle Workflow.Familiarity with Oracle ERP modules (Financials, Inventory, Supply Chain, etc.).Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.Project management and team leadership abilities.Why WesCEFWe are committed to building an engaged and talented workforce that is representative of the people who live in the communities where we operate.
