This pay rate is inclusive of mandatory 25% casual loading
The role will involve developing and supporting Oracle forms / Reports and Apex and other Oracle applications as required to support the Organization.
With the primary purpose being Development & Support, this role will be accountable for end to end Software Development Lifecycle including requirements gathering, analysis, design, use case/data modelling, prototyping, programming, code reviews, build, testing, integration, deployment, and documentation with strict adherence to quality standards and best practices.
Skills and Knowledge Software development : Expertise and experience in large enterprises throughout SDLC with the primary focus on implementation, development and support of Oracle Forms and PL/SQL (Oracle BI - OBIEE/ODI highly desirable) Innovation: Expertise in identifying and implementing contemporary and emerging software architecture, design, development and testing standards/techniques/tools including Agile & DevOps to achieve automation, improve processes and reduce costs/turn-around time Problem Solving: Highly developed technical skills that demonstrate excellent conceptual, analytical, reasoning and problem solving skills with capacity to exercise sound judgement Communication: High-level communication (interpersonal, verbal, and written) and presentation skills to articulate technical concepts to non-technical people while focussing on customer-service and team collaboration Leadership: Demonstrable technical leadership, mentoring and quality assessment skills.
