The role will involve:Coordinate ecology deliverables to various clients and industries.Utilise risk-based framework and operational experience to drive improved, practical and sustainable outcomes for clients.Manage and drive quality project outcomes for clients that are on budget and aligned with schedule.Prepare project proposals that drive innovative, practical and sustainable outcomes for clients.Support the well-being, development, and resourcing of team members.Participate in client and project management and business development.Play an active role in the business groups through regular meetings, workshops, training and business planning.Participate in or lead site-based activities.Collaborate with and support multidisciplinary teams to drive successful outcomes for clients.Support teams across office locations where required.Maintain relevant accreditations and licenses.Enhancing and living Engeny's values of respect, people, transparency and performance.Opportunities for exposure to private sector, resource industries and government stakeholders.This is a unique role that offers an opportunity for leadership and career growth while working collaboratively to grow the Environmental and Ecology Discipline in NSW.At Engeny we work on a variety of Projects and do not propose this role to be a pure site based or field-heavy position.
