You will deliver on our non-negotiables of service delivery (safety, compliance with regulated standards for quality and environmental protection).
Responsibilities Contribute to coordination and improvement of daily operational tasks/workflows Provide supervision and mentorship of operators and co-workers to support the delivery of daily tasks and safety management Provide high levels of operational competency to ensure effective operation of treatment plants Identify and facilitate operational improvements and innovations that result in safety/process/control improvements and better customer/community outcomes Support delivery of wastewater treatment and reuse plant maintenance programs and capital works projects Raise maintenance requests to enable engagement of the maintenance hub to deliver maintenance works effectively Skills & Experience Demonstrated experience in operation of Wastewater Treatment and Reuse Plants Demonstrated ability to work with limited direction and display a self-managed proactive approach to resolving complex issues and problems The ability to effectively communicate and build relationships at all levels with internal staff, stakeholders, and service providers Provide a high level of service to customers and stakeholders Be a team player with demonstrated ability to work within multi-disciplinary teams Certificate III in Wastewater or equivalent expereince - Essential Current Australian Drivers Licence - Essential See yourself thrive Our vision for GWW is Thriving People and Country.
