Academic Affairs

Who you are:
You will have experience in providing exceptional quality services and advice in a dynamic and fast-paced professional environment. In addition, you will have:
excellent communication skills, with an ability to communicate with a diverse range of stakeholders, excellent organisational skills and be able to apply critical thinking, superior attention-to-detail skills while managing multiple projects concurrently, with an ability to ensure that key timelines are met, ability to work autonomously, show initiative, and positively and adaptively respond to change. What you'll do: Provide specialist professional support services including executive assistance, committee servicing and records management to the Head of School and Dean, Provide a range of professional operational and administrative support functions for the Academic Affairs Portfolio, including the administration of the workload management system, and Undertake regular personal, professional and team development opportunities. What will help you succeed: A tertiary level qualification with subsequent work experience in a service delivery environment, or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training, Demonstrated experience in providing high quality services and advice, directly and online, in a busy administrative environment, including knowledge and transferable skills in working within various software platforms with a high degree of accuracy, Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and effectively liaise with, and provide information and advice to, internal and external clients, and Ability to work as part of a diverse team, displaying initiative and adaptability.
