About The Role: We are seeking a Senior Operations Officer to join our dynamic team within the financial industry, specifically focusing on CFDs (Contracts for Difference).
The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the entire lifecycle of promotional operations, ensuring smooth processes, and collaborating with various departments to deliver an optimal client experience.
This role requires a keen eye for detail, strong data management skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities: Review promotion applications to ensure all eligibility criteria are met.Set up client accounts in accordance with promotion requirements.Provide stakeholders with advice on promotion details and address related inquiries.Handle the organization and calculation of large amounts of data related to various promotions.Organize and report data to support the marketing team in measuring the effectiveness of campaigns.Update and distribute Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) documentation, ensuring all operational processes are clearly defined and kept up to date.Collaborate closely with the marketing, product, and other departments to ensure a seamless client experience, while also proposing operational improvements where necessary.Strengthen communication between promotion operations teams and other departments, ensuring customer feedback is incorporated into promotion and process improvements.Minimum Requirements: At least 2 years of experience in an operations team within the CFD industry or other financial industries is preferred.Strong project management skills with a proven ability to oversee multiple projects concurrently in a fast-paced environment.Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.Quick learner with the ability to absorb and apply information efficiently.A team player with excellent collaboration skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (advanced Excel skills are an advantage).Willingness to work on public holidays.Bilingual proficiency in English and Chinese (Mandarin).Benefits: Celebrate your tenure with us!
