This role is based in Cairns and sits under the Regional Operations unit, Translink Division.
We are seeking an enthusiastic AO5 Senior Operations Officer to supervise a small team, administer information systems, undertake support activities and provide advice to industry and clients on operational issues.
Regional Operations is a frontline, customer-facing unit. Our teams respond to passenger transport needs by applying expertise and local knowledge to develop and deliver policy and services to our local communities.
Do you: Have experience leading a team and engaging with stakeholders across various levels? Excel in frontline customer service and take pride in managing complaints and advising on legislation and policy? If you answered YES to the above, you could be the person we are looking for to contribute to shaping the future of Queensland's passenger transport services.
