Senior Operations Officer

This role is based in Cairns and sits under the Regional Operations unit, Translink Division.
We are seeking an enthusiastic AO5 Senior Operations Officer to supervise a small team, administer information systems, undertake support activities and provide advice to industry and clients on operational issues.
Regional Operations is a frontline, customer-facing unit. Our teams respond to passenger transport needs by applying expertise and local knowledge to develop and deliver policy and services to our local communities.
Do you: Have experience leading a team and engaging with stakeholders across various levels? Excel in frontline customer service and take pride in managing complaints and advising on legislation and policy?
