Senior Operations Manager - Aged Care

As we continue to grow, we are seeking a seasoned and passionate Senior Operations Manager to lead our operations team and drive our success.
Leading a team of 3 operations managers across 18 sites, this role isn't for someone to take a back seat, managing from a desk, but would suit someone more comfortable at the coalface, liaising with our clients, key stakeholders, and the teams involved in ensuring a smooth and efficient service delivery while maintaining incredibly high standards of quality and profitability.
Responsibilities:High-level collaboration with other departments identifying areas of improvement and implementing efficiencies.Managing budgets and resources effectively to optimise operational costs.Maintaining strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and key stakeholders.Ensuring high levels of compliance within health and safety.Conducting Aged Care quality and supply commission audits and accreditations.Desired Skills and ExperienceExperience:
