We are now hiring for a Senior Operations Coordinator Role.

We are seeking a Senior Operations Coordinator to join our Baaz leadership team that will influence, support, and develop our people while growing our business.
This position is responsible for the overall performance of the company and client, achieving Baaz Security's business results by building a positive customer experience, quality client service, and premium service offering.
Key Responsibilities:

Completing the rostering/scheduling for our security operations on client sites and filling vacant shifts in line with site requirements and safe rostering practices.
Conducting interviews, meetings, and training programs for improving standards with staff.
Assisting, monitoring, and reporting from Payroll, HR, and Supervisors.
Liaising with clients and security personnel regarding shift arrangements and briefing staff on their duties to meet client needs.
Reviewing client requests and responding promptly.
Finalizing and improving shift charts and rosters for all sites.
Being on-call outside of business hours on a rotating basis with the other schedulers and managers of our Operations Team.
Assisting, controlling, and improving rostering and arranging coverage for sickness or annual leave requests.
Responding to and resolving client and customer complaints.
Investigating and solving complex or long-standing customer problems.
Building a high-performing team, including security guards and crowd controllers.
Role modeling best practice behavior at all times, creating a culture of quality and high standards.
Ensuring staff comply with BAAZ policies and procedures at all times.
Supervising and managing Security Officers in accordance with the guidelines.
Reviewing and providing feedback on guards' written incident reports.
Ensuring compliance with all aspects of site security operations as per contract and industry regulatory requirements.
Creating relevant site management and compliance reports for the business.

Minimum Requirements:

Possession of a current WA Security License, WA driver's license, current RSA card, and First Aid certification.
Ability to work overtime, including weekends and nights as required.
Ability to respond to client requests without delay, as coverage of guards can be requested 24/7.
2-4 years of management experience in a similar environment.
Experience in the security industry as a site manager or security consultant.
Cert IV in Security and Risk Management is highly regarded.
Experience in leading medium-sized teams to achieve excellence.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Highly developed computer skills (MS Office mandatory; Xero Essentials preferred) and administration skills.
Proven ability to work effectively independently and as part of a team.
Good organizational skills and proven ability to establish priorities, manage tasks, and meet competing deadlines while maintaining attention to accuracy and detail.

Client Partnership:

Build and maintain relationships with clients, engaging with Baaz management and employees.
Monitor and audit service delivery to ensure compliance with contractual requirements and Baaz standards.
Understand the security and safety needs of clients and promote Baaz's value proposition.
Act as the point of contact between all clients and employees.
Coordinate training inputs and training needs identification for all staff members.
Provide continual leadership to staff.
Manage, maintain, and achieve employee KPIs.
Provide help and advice to customers using the organization's services.
Communicate courteously with clients/employees via telephone, email, letter, and face-to-face.
Analyze statistics or other data to determine the level of customer service provided.
Train staff to deliver a high standard of customer service.
Lead or supervise a team of customer service staff.
Stay informed about the organization's products or services and changes.
Report feedback, performances, and incident statuses to operational management.

Commercial Business Acumen:

Track all employee payroll costs (wages and salaries) to ensure total expenditure does not exceed budgets.
Make business decisions with clients to reflect Baaz's brand and service offerings.
Comply with audit standards as per industry audit requirements.

Pay: From $76,000.00 per year
