The Role We are searching for an experienced Senior Operations Co-ordinator to join our dynamic and motivated team.
The ideal candidate will report directly to the Operations Manager and be responsible for managing a range of day-to-day administrative duties in operations including the allocation of vehicles and staff.
We require a person who can develop positive working relationships, has strong communication skills and excellent time management and organisational skills.
Experience in the Liquid Waste Industry will be highly regarded, however, not essential.

This role involves a wide range of varied tasks and is largely autonomous therefore you will need to be able to manage your own time, multitask and make sound business decisions unsupervised.
The ideal candidate will be resilient, tenacious and have a strong business acumen.
Key duties include but are not limited to: Provide customer service including answering incoming calls and enquiriesAssist in the management of all day-to-day operational activities including fleet and driver allocation and rostering ensuring daily plans are delivered and customer service requirements are metRespond to reactive works and schedule programmed worksManage a team of operators including delivering positive feedback and/or disciplinary actionProvide general assistance to the Operations ManagerLiaise with Project Managers with regards to site specific assets and equipmentConduct monthly toolbox meetingsOrder and maintain stock of PPE/office suppliesConduct site audits and visitsEnsure SWMS are availableOn call rotating rosterSkills and Experience: Minimum 2 years of administration experienceLiquid Waste/Transportation Industry experience is desirable (but not essential) i.e.
