The Senior Online Project Officer will play a key role in developing and delivering a program of research, design, and development work to improve the user experience of the Queensland Government's domestic and family violence digital channels including the Domestic and Family Violence Support Portal website and multiple campaign sites.
In this role you will:
• Design and build digital assets and content for the Domestic and Family Violence Support Portal relating to the user experience journey in line with strategic objectives and ensuring compliance to department and whole of government style guides, policies, and standards.
• Analyse user behaviours and trends in Google Analytics 4 and Monsido to make recommendations on service delivery improvements.
• Design and deliver UX research activities.
• Design and deliver user-centred information architecture.
• Develop processes, templates, instructional guides, registers, training manuals and other relevant resources for effective and efficient management of the Domestic and Family Violence online channels.
• Provide specialist strategic and operational advice to internal and external stakeholders.
• Establish, maintain, and manage effective and collaborative working relationships with the project team, the key client area, the Office for Women and Violence Prevention, and key external consultants.
• Collaborate with the Principal Online Project Officer, DJAG Online Services Team and develop and maintain a relationship with other web and applications specialists in the department and across government, as well as with shared providers and vendors, to deliver best practice and strategically aligned services.
This is a great opportunity for a highly proficient digital professional to join a highly skilled multi-disciplinary team that provides whole of agency and portfolio communications, manages corporate projects, and provides advice and support to the department's business units.
