About This Opportunity The Senior Officer, International Admissions plays a key role within Future Students by expertly assessing and managing complex applications from international students across diverse geographic regions.
Key responsibilities will include: Oversee a high volume of complex international applications and deferrals from submission to acceptance, providing tailored support aligned with specific geographic markets.
Apply and ensure adherence to relevant legislation, University policies, and procedures throughout the admissions process.
Collaborate with the International Admissions Manager and Team Leaders to manage team workload and lead process improvement initiatives, leveraging a strong understanding of systems and international admission requirements.
Monitor market trends and analyze data to recommend entry requirement adjustments while embedding compliance and quality measures into admissions processes.
Work with internal stakeholders to resolve complex issues and support recruitment events as needed.
About You A degree with subsequent relevant experience; or extensive relevant industry and specialist experience in managing complex International Admissions processes, particularly specific to a geographic region or market.
Excellent communication and cross-cultural skills to contribute to managing stakeholders and deliver a high level of customer service, with the ability to adapt and contribute to customizing the level of service to different regions.
Demonstrated ability to operate with a high level of efficiency in a high volume, high pressure and ever-changing environment.
Sound knowledge of compliance and quality objectives in International Admissions, policies and procedures, with the ability to contribute to continuous process improvements.
Ability to work effectively in a team and contribute to performance targets related to quality and compliance.
Agile in the face of operating with various technology relevant to International Admissions.
The successful candidate may be required to complete a number of pre-employment checks, including: right to work in Australia and criminal check.
